Nowadays, sustainable fashion is becoming more and more important. Consumers are increasingly concerned about the impact of their clothing on the environment and are looking for alternatives that are both stylish and environmentally conscious. As a sustainable clothing manufacturer based in Thessaloniki, Greece, we are proud to be part of this movement. Since 1990, we have been running our family business with the firm aim of producing environmentally friendly clothing of the highest quality. In this article, we give you an insight into our history, our production methods and our values.
Our mission: sustainability and tradition combined
Our journey began over three decades ago with a simple but powerful goal: to produce clothing that not only looks good, but is also good for the planet. As a family business, we place special emphasis on preserving our traditions while working with the future in mind. Thessaloniki, known for its rich history and vibrant culture, provides us with the perfect environment to realise our vision of sustainable fashion. Our mission is to create fashion that is both fashionable and ethically responsible.

In-house fabric production: first-hand quality
A key component of our production is that we manufacture our own fabrics. By controlling the entire process ourselves - from the raw fibre to the finished fabric - we can ensure the highest quality standards and minimise the use of environmentally harmful chemicals. Our fabric production is carried out in close collaboration with our research and development teams, who are constantly looking for new, more sustainable materials and processes.
Â
Environmentally friendly materials: our first choice
The key to sustainable fashion lies in choosing the right materials. In our company, we focus on natural and recycled fabrics that are both durable and environmentally friendly. Our favourite materials include:
Organic cotton:Â Grown without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals, organic cotton is not only skin-friendly but also environmentally friendly.
Leinen:Â A traditional fabric that has been used in Greece for centuries. Linen is biodegradable and requires less water than cotton, making it an excellent choice for sustainable fashion.
Recycelte Stoffe:Â We use recycled polyester and cotton fibres to minimise waste and conserve resources.
Â
Our local production in Thessaloniki: research, sewing and more
Thessaloniki is the centrepiece of our production. This is where we not only manufacture our fabrics, but also our sewing room, where our garments are made with the utmost care. Our team of experienced seamstresses and sewers work closely with our designers to ensure that every garment meets the highest quality standards.
In addition, we continuously invest in research and development to further optimise our production processes. Our research department works to develop new environmentally friendly techniques and increase the efficiency of our resources to further reduce our ecological footprint.
Â
Fair working conditions: A core value
For us, sustainability means not only environmental awareness, but also social responsibility. As a family business, we place particular emphasis on creating fair working conditions and ensuring that all our employees work in a safe and respectful environment. Our employees are the heart of our company, and their satisfaction and well-being are our top priority.
Â
Why sustainable fashion is important
The fashion industry is one of the biggest polluters in the world. By choosing sustainable fashion, we can all play a part in protecting our planet. By choosing eco-friendly clothing, you are not only helping to reduce waste and the use of chemicals, but also helping to prevent labour exploitation.
Â
A look into the future
Our journey has only just begun. We are constantly working to further improve our processes and find new, innovative ways to produce even more sustainably. As a family business, we are particularly proud to maintain a tradition of excellence and sustainability that we can pass on to future generations.
